Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return it.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect the item immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), bespoke items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a particular item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible is to return your existing item and purchase a new one separately once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund your original payment account within three business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and issue a refund.
